金融援助 for Continuing Students

The following are steps to be followed to assure that qualified students can be offered financial aid. This includes need-based aid and non need-based aid, such as academic scholarships and program scholarships (博彩平台推荐, 音乐, 剧院, 视觉艺术, 等).

Concordia University's institutional aid must go towards institutional charges, 比如学费, 费用, 大学的宿舍, 还有膳食计划. It does not cover university class 费用, fines, 等. Academic and Athletic 奖学金 and Department Awards, including need-based aid, are known as Concordia institutional aid.

Deadlines for Continuing Students

  • 1月17日 Spring Readmits ONLY: FAFSAs received after this date will not be eligible for any need-based institutional aid.
  • April 2 – FAFSA Priority deadline for federal and state aid.
  • May 1 – FAFSA’s received after this date will receive 25% less in need-based institutional aid w在这里 appropriate.
  • June 1 – FAFSA’s received after this date will receive 50% less in need-based institutional aid w在这里 appropriate.
  • July 1 – FAFSA’s received after this date will receive 75% less in need-based institutional aid w在这里 appropriate.
  • August 1  - Final deadline for all financial aid documents. Please note additional documents may be requested after this date to complete your file. Any additional documents must be submitted 14 days prior to the close of the term.
  • September 1 - FAFSAs received on or after this date will not be eligible for any need-based institutional aid.

如何申请?

  • Complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA Renewal online at studentaid.政府. Use school code 013885.
  • Spring 2023 Readmit/New Students complete the 2022-2023 FAFSA
  • If a student does not intend to complete a FAFSA, the student MUST NOTIFY the 金融援助 Office in writing via Eagles email.
    • Note: The 金融援助 Office recognizes that households can experience changes in income, 其他财政, or experience a special or unusual circumstance that are not adequately reflected on the student's FAFSA. If you believe you have a special or unusual circumstance to be considered, please visit our Professional Judgment page or contact your financial aid counselor to discuss your situation

卡尔格兰特

California Residents may qualify for a state grant: 卡尔格兰特 A or 卡尔格兰特 B

  • Current recipients of 卡尔格兰特 A or 卡尔格兰特 B will automatically be reviewed for a renewal award.
  • California residents who are not currently receiving a 卡尔格兰特 A or 卡尔格兰特 B award and would like to be considered may complete the CSAC GPA 验证 Form in addition to the FAFSA. This form must be emailed to (电子邮件保护) or postmarked by March 2.
  • First-time 转移 students who received a 卡尔格兰特 A or 卡尔格兰特 B award at their previous school must complete the 为形式 换学校. Concordia's school code is 02070500.

金融援助 & 出国留学

After a student is accepted to a 出国留学 program, the Concordia 金融援助 Office will adjust the student's estimated Cost of Attendance (COA) based on the cost sheet for the student's particular 出国留学 program. Students must continue to meet all federal regulations to be eligible for financial aid, such as Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), enrolling full-time (12 units), course work must count towards degree, 等. All financial aid recipients who are accepted to a study abroad program are required to meet with the 金融援助 Office w在这里 they will receive specific information on how 出国留学 may affect their financial aid.
